To be eligible for the Top Construction Professional Under 40 Award, candidates must:
✓Be under the age of 40 as of December 31, 2026.
✓Be employed by an ABC Greater Tennessee member company in good standing.

NEXGEN is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders and serves as a direct pathway to eligibility for the TCP40 Award.
Attend 4 out of 5 NEXGEN courses and 50% of Emerging Leaders events to meet the TCP40 requirement.
